For how long ago I drew this one, I still really like it. It’s so simple.

Every dino’s gotta eat, right? Nom nom nom!

I sometimes think I should redraw these comics. Then I realize that I’m constantly reusing the same jokes anyway, so what’s the difference? I love the use of stick figures to keep it simple. There is something about the way a child draws that I always try to remember, and capture. I don’t know for sure how successful I am at portraying that, maybe too well, as in you think a child could do what I do. I almost wouldn’t disagree with you…

Except I would also take that as a compliment…

I do like using the three panel layout, and I’ve started to drift away from it. I’m not sure if I like that or not. Now that I do so much in digital, I’m not drawing out the three panels and working from there, I’m just drawing whatever and making that work. Sometimes it’s just one panel, which doesn’t really even feel like a strip.
