What do I know about comics?
Not much, other than that they’re drawings that tell a story in a series of panels.
This is mainly because I’m more of a traditional book reader and a movie watcher, but also because I really wasn’t exposed to many comic books when I was growing up in the 90’s. I can remember being at the library one day in middle school and I took out a Star Wars comic, and I have vague memories of reading the Sunday Funnies (mainly Dennis the Menace and Garfield), but that’s about it.
I Googled to see how many English movies based on comic books there are that I’ve seen and I came up with this list:

I can also remember being watching the Spider-Man animated series after school when I was in middle school. Most of these movies are movies that we just happened to have on VHS or I went to see in the theater but didn’t realize that they had a comic book connection.
